THE BOLTZ CODE
A shared standard for every wrestler, coach, and parent in our community.
1. Effort Every Rep
- We give our best in warm‑ups, drills, live wrestling, and conditioning.
- Effort is the one thing we control every day.
2. Discipline in Position
- We stay in stance, fight for inside control, and maintain pressure.
- Good position is our foundation.
3. Respect the Room
- We listen, we learn, and we support our teammates.
- No one gets better alone.
4. Be Coachable
- We make eye contact, ask questions, and accept feedback.
- Coachable athletes grow faster.
5. Build Others Up
- Older wrestlers lead by example. Younger wrestlers follow with pride.
- We lift each other, not tear each other down.
6. Compete With Purpose
- We don’t chase medals — we chase improvement.
- Winning is a byproduct of doing things the right way.
7. Finish What You Start
- We show up consistently, stay engaged, and push through challenges.
- Wrestling teaches resilience that lasts a lifetime.
